Step 3: Select domain registrar of choice and have anonymous CC handy.
Step 4: Have person/people Email abuse@godaddy.com and/or call GoDaddy 24/7 Support: (480) 505-8877 pointing out admission of falsified documents which violates ICANN and GoDaddy policy (particularly Section 4 of GoDaddy TOS). Maybe even complain that you spent the extra couple bucks for a private listing, why should he be allowed to circumvent the fee. *If done within 30 days of registration, there is no appeal or notification necessary from GoDaddy*
Step 5: Monitor website for loss of domain.

So what we know is, Deric blames a government conspiracy to make an example out of him for his loss of work as an IT consultant as the basis for begging living donations, but doesn't even know how to register a domain in a manner that doesn't potentially expose him to even MORE jail time, should there actually be a grand conspiracy against him.
